【Specification】
60 Capsules

【Dosages】
Adult: Two capsules daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

【Remarks】
When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects.
If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.

The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.

Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

This product contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Not for treatment of iron deficiency conditions.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Do not use if cap seal is broken.

This product is not registered under the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance or the Chinese Medicine Ordinance. Any claim made for it has not been subject to evaluation for such registration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease.
